Treasure Hunt FAQ

Who can participate?

Teams (Pirate Crews) will consist of two to six members. Anyone can participate in the event.

How long is the event?

The length of the race in the Competitive Division is 2.5 hours. Penalties will be assigned for checking in late. The Family and Friends Division has a duration of 2 hours with no penalties for lateness.

How much does it cost?

	Competitive Division: $10 per person, no matter how many are on the team.
	Family & Friends Division: $10 per team.

Registration Fee is non-refundable after September 1.

How good of shape do I need to be in?

The PV Pillage the Village Treasure Hunt combines a variety of mental and physical activities. The challenges are more fun than anything. To participate and successfully complete the course, you don't need to be a runner or even particularly fit. Every team competes at the highest level they can. The more important ability you need to have is to think quickly. The PV Pillage the Village Treasure Hunt is accessible to people of varying fitness levels.

How do I register?

Go to our Registration page to register online and pay the entry fees securely by PayPal. If registering online, you must bring a printed and signed copy of the waiver with you on Sep 19. You can also drop off a registration form with entry fees and waivers at 90 Old Kingston Rd. Ajax (LFG Games) between the hours of 2pm and 10pm daily except Mondays.

Who do I write my cheque to?

All cheques should be written to "Pickering Village BIA” A team will not be considered registered until all cheques have cleared.
